1) Design & Consultation
a) No charges imposed if client provide accurate measurements and photos of area by email. Designer will review/provide suggestion with floor plan only design and estimate price.
b) Rm50 minimum charge for travel fee for site visit within Klang Valley only.
Designer will go to site, measure specified areas, and provide suggestions to accumulate data.
Give us at least 3-7 working days to come out with the design proposal, first come first serve basis.
Proposals included
a) An accurate floor plan (to scale) with mood-shot photos
b) Perspective of 3-D drawing of all angles.
c) Price and quotation
Designs start at rm500 for terrace house,Rm800 for semi-d,and rm1.2k onward for bungalow. All drawings, images, and proposals will become property of client if client pay 10% from the total quotation. Only soft copy will be given.
2) Design & Build
Term & condition are similar to Design & Consultation except
a) Drawing charges will be refund in agreed price deal.
b) Work progress are subject to prompt payment by clients.
c) No claims can be made on any late delivery of construction work due to matters
arising by any default payment and/or delay/request made by client's good self.
d) Additional charges are required on any request of additional/amendments works on approved and accepted original plan(s)/design(s),material (s) and all other related resources and inputs as may be necessarily use/to be for and/or during the construction work.
e) Further details will be notify before agreement are made.
